A customer login enables you to have an overview of all current warehousing contracts at all times, along with the level of completion, finished item stocks and open calls. Our customer advisers are on hand at all times should you wish to know how your order is progressing. Or if you wish to make changes to your order or coordinate new delivery dates.
We will keep an eye on your finished item stocks and, if requested, remind you when the minimum stock quantity, as defined by you, has been reached. Depending on the arrangements made, we will automatically trigger production to ensure that supplies are secured.
We store your print data securely to ensure that it is available at any time to be used for re-printing. Our Internet platform WebCenter provides you with an overview of all your print data. We include your repro service provider and marketing officers in the data communication process. The entire coordination cycle, including releases, is documented transparently. You will be able to transparently trace all changes to a file by way of a timeline, even years later.
Our qualify management system incorporates a comprehensive in-process control which documents all internal test stages. The release and electronic monitoring of EAN or pharmaceutical codes and other safety features are logged for each production batch.
